Spam

After I die, if you don’t delete my e-mail accounts
my inboxes will spillover with urgent messages from
benevolent Nigerian princes and princesses
offering me unknown inheritances I can no longer spend
eager lonely women with supermodel good looks
promising undying love and steamy nights of unbridled passion
dubious lifestyle influencers happily share advice and recipes
for longevity (alas, I will have missed the boat)
creditors threaten legal action for outstanding loans
cloud drives will claim I have exceeded storage limits – again

delete, delete them all until
spammers find their inboxes flooded
with my final protesting digital middle finger
